Why was my book recalled?

A book is recalled if another borrower requests an item you have on loan, and there are no other copies available. A recall may generate an earlier due date. We suggest you try and renew the item before the due date, as it may no longer be required (or phone the Library and we can check for you). A textbook is highly likely to be recalled.
