Why can't I access full text at Standards New Zealand?

Standards New Zealand has updated their website. To access the full text PDF of a standard:
1. You can search using either search box on the page.
2. You can search using keywords if you use the search box at the top of the page.
3. If you search using the lower search box, under "Online Library subscription", you must search by the standard's AS/NZS number, e.g. 8016.
